I can’t think of a better #MeatlessMonday dish that I’m obsessed with more than @publichouse_ferndale’s Marinaded Beets! Red & Golden beets with Salt Roasted Redskin Potatoes, Greek Yogurt, crispy red quinoa and thinly sliced fennel make this an incredibly refreshing dish.
